Tutorial is finally up....Finally right. Guys life gets in the way I tell you, but it's finally up. The majority of the tutorial is showing how to design the pattern for the bell sleeve and attaching it. The dress part of the tutorial can be seen from the previous video How to Sew A White Bell Sleeve Off the Shoulder Bodycon Dress. Other than that it's a fairly easy tutorial to follow.
