So I finally got around to  making the circle skirt seen on Angela Simmons and Nicey Nash.

I loved the bold floral print and the flow of the skirt. The fabric a Scuba/ Neoprene was extremely hard to find, believe me I searched high and low, so I settled for a medium weight woven poly cotton Fabric that I stumbled across and snagged at Hancock fabrics in the value section.

 Although it didn't have the texture scuba fabric has, I worked my way around that by adding a petticoat that I made to give the skirt a lift. I love how it came out and just in time for spring. How did I do?
